What is the order process?

1. Place your order online, by email or by phone. If you need assistance with your selection, please contact hello@kreatorshop.ca

2. You will receive a sales summary confirming everything on your order. You will also need to confirm your event dates and any other relevant details.

3. Upload your artwork and we will review your submission, including digital proofs. You must review and confirm these proofs via email before we can go to print. Once you have approved the proofs for print, the production process begins and no changes can be made. 

4. Once shipped, you will receive package tracking information for each piece of your order. UPS is our preferred shipping service.


How long will it take to receive my order? 

Production times vary, but most custom branded pieces can be received within 10 business days, provided the artwork supplied follows the artwork guidelines and artwork proofs are confirmed immediately. However, we always recommend allowing as much time as possible before an event date so it is always better to get started earlier rather than later.

Do all of your packages ship from Canada? 

Although the majority of our products ship directly from our manufacturing facilities in Canada, products are also shipped from our production partners in the USA. This is done to save our customers valuable time and money. By shipping factory-direct we can ensure that our top-quality, curated goods land in the hands of our customers as quickly as possible. 


Will I ever incur any duty fees or other unexpected costs? 

No. KREATORSHOP.CA takes the guess work out of the order process and all costs are included in the prices you see online, even if a product is direct-shipped to your address from the USA.  


Is it possible to ship using our own UPS/FEDEX account number? 

Yes, if you prefer to ship using your corporate/company account, please send us a request at hello@kreatorshop.ca
