Order Instructions

Welcome to KREATORSHOP.CA, your home base for premium, custom branded pop-up promotional gear. We are proudly Canadian owned and operated, based in Chilliwack, BC and conveniently ship anywhere in Canada.

 

To order custom branded gear, you must also submit artwork for us to print. We offer assistance for this, check out our how-to guide below.

 

To place an order:

 

1. Browse our catalogue and populate your cart. If you need assistance with your artwork, we offer creative services for your entire setup at $99 (does not include logo design and must accompany the purchase of a display). To add artwork assistance to your order, include this item in your cart. [hyperlink the new SKU]   

2. Select your shipping method, UPS is our preferred shipping provider.
Purchase items by credit card or any of our other accepted methods of payment. If you need to pay by PO/Invoice or e-transfer, please contact hello@kreatorshop.ca and we will set that up.


3. Download your item’s artwork templates and make sure to refer to our Artwork Guidelines. Once you have completed your artwork, submit it to us by using WeTransfer: https://kreatorshop.wetransfer.com. If you have purchased artwork assistance, we will be in touch with you within 24 hours of your order being placed.

4. Most custom branded items ship within 7-10 days of order being placed and artwork being approved. Note that shipping times are in addition to production times.

All orders are processed Monday-Friday 7am-3pm PST. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will start being processed the following working day.
