Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our customized products, no returns, refunds or exchanges will be given on any purchases made on KREATORSHOP.CA and all sales shall be considered final sale. This includes all regular price, sale or promotional items available on the website and/or other sales points of KREATORSHOP.CA.

 

Store Credit or Exchange Exceptions

Items that can be proven to have manufacturer defects are eligible for a store credit or exchange. All store credit or exchange requests must be reported within 3 days of the package being delivered. If a product appears to be defective then send us an email at hello@kreatorshop.ca with pictures supporting your claim. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any store credit or exchange. 

To complete a store credit or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. KREATORSHOP.CA will not be responsible for any shipping fees if goods are sent back to the manufacturer. 

Shipping (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and/or for receiving an exchange item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange or store credit, you will be responsible for outbound shipping costs of the new item(s). 

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage when signing for shipment. Report any losses or damages promptly to KREATORSHOP.CA by email hello@kreatorshop.ca. Notification must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Keep all shipping/packaging material until advised by KREATORSHOP.CA or claim is resolved. All returns MUST be authorized by KREATORSHOP.CA, who will advise you on return authorization and procedure. 

Shipment re-routing requests are subject to additional costs incurred from the shipping supplier used and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

KREATORSHOP.CA shall not be liable for damages, including special, incidental or consequential damages or injuries arising out of or in connection with the performance, use, or setup, of products. KREATORSHOP.CA is not liable to a reseller or any other party for any costs, loss revenues or profits due to incidental or consequential damages other than that for the replacement of a product covered by limited warranty.
